RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Effective Date: October 24, 2025

At Satanic Worship, our policy is structured to comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) while strictly managing returns due to the custom and specialized nature of our items.

1. Mandatory Returns (Australian Consumer Law)

Satanic Worship guarantees that all goods sold are free from defects and fit for their intended purpose. If an item you receive is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or has a major problem (as defined by the ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.

In the event of a major failure under the ACL, please contact us immediately at satan@satanicworship.com to arrange a remedy.

2. Change of Mind Returns (Store Credit Only)

For change of mind, the following limited policy applies:

A. Eligibility

You may request a return for a store credit or exchange only within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. The item must:

  • Be an in-stock, non-customized item (see exclusions below).

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.

  • Be in the original, undamaged packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, a Store Credit equal to the purchase price will be issued to you, valid for 12 months. Cash refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.

3. Exclusions (Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund)

The following items are strictly excluded from all change-of-mind returns, exchanges, and refunds:

  • Made-to-Order or Pre-Order items: All products produced specifically for your order, as noted in the Shipping Policy.

  • Customized or Personalised Goods.

  • Digital Products or Services.

  • Intimate or Hygienic Goods (e.g., jewelry, undergarments, or items used in rituals).

  • Sale or Discounted Items.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You will be solely responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item for a change-of-mind store credit or exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
